About Kaleth O. Wright
Kaleth is an executive coach, organizational leadership consultant, and professional speaker who specializes in senior leader development and has an outstanding track record of helping individuals and organizations achieve peak performance.
In addition, Kaleth currently serves as CEO, Air Force Aid Society. He guides a team that provides emergency financial assistance, scholarships and community programs to Air Force members and their families.
As a 32-year Veteran of the United States Air Force, Kaleth served as the 18th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. During his leadership, he provided direction, and represented the interests, of over 600,000 enlisted service members across the globe.
Kaleth is also dynamic and engaging motivational speaker. As a result, he’s delivered over 200 keynote addresses to audiences of all sizes around the world.
During his professional career, he’s accumulated over 10,000 hours teaching, coaching and providing leadership expertise to individuals and audiences at all levels of leadership. In addition, he championed international leadership development programs for 17 countries.
Kaleth also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland’s global campus and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In addition, he’s a member of several corporate boards and is an affiliate faculty member for Harvard’s TH Chan School of Public Health.
